Ok, so Grandpa Rome didn't take the photo...and it wasn't from Heaven...and I was not stalking them! They just looked so cute!

Note that Holy Roman Empire does have the painting of Chibi Italy next to him! I didn’t notice it till I enlarged the photo while editing.
